CHICKEN & BASIL GF SAUSAGE ROLLS
500g chicken mince
520g box simply size gluten free puff pastry
1 cup baby spinach
1 brown onion
1/2 bunch basil
1 baby chilli
Set pastry aside on the bench to defrost.
Finely chop and grate all vegetables, basil and chilli. Mix these all together with the chicken mince and 1 whisked egg.
Use all 5 sheets of pastry and fill each one with the mince filling. Fold and seal with the other egg as glue. Brush the top of each roll with the egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake on 190 for 35-40mins.
